The Rutland Community Collaborative has member representation from every major health service provider in Rutland. The RCC is a network that brings together executive level leadership from all major healthcare providers in Rutland. This enables members to coordinate community-wide health efforts and goals.

This division of programs engages with government agencies, hospitals, health care providers, first responders and various community partners to build our collective capacity to respond to emergency situations that threaten the health and safety of people in Vermont.

Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs

By utilizing partnerships with national, state, and community organizations involved in alcohol and drug abuse alleviation work, this VT Department of Health division of programs oversees a network of health promotion, prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery services.

VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) is redefining the way care is delivered in the home by incorporating technology and advanced clinical care practices to meet patient needs. Our programs span a lifetime - from prenatal care to care for young families to rehabilitation, long-term care, and end-of-life care. VNAHSR provides services across Bennington, Franklin, and Rutland Counties.
